Leasing & Application Process

We offer both traditional security deposits and flexible deposit alternatives through Jetty. After you complete a quick qualification process, you can choose the option that best fits your budget and move‑in needs. Once your application is approved, our team will send a personalized Welcome Home email and connect with you directly to confirm your move‑in details, answer any final questions, and ensure your transition into the community is smooth and stress‑free.
On move‑in day, everything will be prepared for a smooth and easy transition into your new apartment. After your rental application is approved, you’ll receive a detailed Welcome Home email that includes your new address and a move‑in guide. This guide helps you set up utilities, submit required payments, and complete all necessary documents—including your lease contract—before arrival. Our team will stay in touch to confirm every detail and ensure you have everything you need for a stress‑free move.
We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement.
